Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop a partnership with Merchandise Manager/Director to support merchandising strategies and ROI.
• Collaborate on product flow, space, inventory, and calendar adherence for new stores and remodels.
• Support pricing and promotional strategy development for the assigned category.
• Help drive pre-season financial strategies to hit sales, margin, and turn goals.
• Lead reviews to discuss performance, trends, and strategies with leadership.
• Coach Business Analysts to develop skills and ensure effective teamwork.
