Job summary

Saic is seeking a senior MEDLOG subject matter expert to support the Office of the Force Surgeon in MARFORPAC planning and operations. The role focuses on Class VIII posture and readiness, interoperability with allies, and operational logistics to align with INDOPACOM efforts.

The position involves translating MEDLOG realities for planners, managing task trackers, and delivering high-quality staff products across planning cycles.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience supporting military logistics and sustainment operations.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools and collaboration platforms.
• Ability to work independently on high-visibility, mission-critical tasks.
• Knowledge of DoD joint service and international logistics networks.

Responsibilities

• Assess operational MEDLOG requirements and advise OFS leadership.
• Develop MEDLOG POA&Ms and coordinate with MARFORPAC/INDOPACOM teams.
• Review staff products and provide actionable feedback for accuracy.
• Produce weekly activity updates and briefs for leadership.
• Provide MEDLOG inputs for exercise plans and Annex Q products.
