Job summary

ANSER seeks a MEDLOG Operations and Plans Analyst to support MARFORPAC deliberate and contingency planning. You will assess Class VIII posture, readiness, and interoperability, coordinating with MARFORPAC, PACOM, and partners.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance and a bachelor’s in logistics or related field, with 6+ years in military logistics and experience with MEDLOG systems like MAXIMO. Full-time position based in Hawaii with security requirements.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management or related field.
• 6+ years of experience supporting military logistics and sustainment operations.
• Experience with DoD joint-service and international military and civilian logistics networks.
• Ability to work independently on mission-critical and high-visibility projects.
• Working knowledge of U.S. Navy MEDLOG systems and reporting including MAXIMO.

Responsibilities

• Identify MEDLOG requirements and develop recommendations to address gaps, readiness, and sustainment needs.
• Translate MEDLOG doctrine and system requirements into actionable planning inputs.
• Provide MEDLOG inputs for campaign plans, OPLANs, and other planning cycles.
• Develop and manage MEDLOG POA&Ms and track execution against requirements.
• Prepare analytically supported briefs, assessments, and staff products for leadership.
