Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Seven years of experience in strategic sourcing/procurement in diverse professional services.
• Experience in data analysis and development of contract terms and standards.
• Knowledge of contract terms and conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional and multi-departmental sourcing activities for assigned categories.
• Serve as category manager to plan and execute strategies to reduce spend and improve performance.
• Perform analysis on medical supply and implant commodities.
• Lead sourcing processes in a matrixed environment including RFI/RFPs and negotiations.
• Create evaluation models and assist stakeholders in evaluations during solicitations.
• Develop sourcing plans, benchmark suppliers, contracts, and services; provide analytics for decisions.
• Analyze business processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs; identify savings opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures and share best practices with the team.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels to support business outcomes.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage metrics; oversee category execution roadmap.
• Execute procurement tasks to support on-time project launches with quality and cost targets.
• Lead supplier performance reviews for professional services projects.
• Coordinate with legal, regulatory, risk, information security, and finance to ensure compliant terms.
• Manage redline reviews to include Duke standard terms and conditions.
• Evaluate supplier performance and address issues to improve outcomes.
• Survey customers to benchmark and improve processes.
