Duke University is seeking an IT Sourcing Manager to lead long‑term planning, strategy development, and continuous improvement for IT spend categories at Duke University and Duke Health System.
You will manage RFI/RFP processes, negotiate complex licensing terms, oversee budgets, and build strong stakeholder relationships while guiding sourcing analysts and coordinating with legal, risk, security, and finance to ensure favorable terms.
Reporting to the Senior Director Supply Chain IT Sourcing, the IT Sourcing Manager leads long‑term planning, strategy development, and continuous improvement for assigned IT spend categories. The role develops and implements IT sourcing strategies to achieve high quality, reduced cost, and simplified procurement for Duke University and Duke Health System.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. Five years of progressively responsible contract administration/procurement experience, or equivalent education and experience.

Annual base salary range: USD $62,694.00 to USD $107,633.00. Compensation analysis considers scope, responsibilities, experience, education, internal equity, market, and organizational factors.
