Qualifications

• Associate Degree preferred.
• 0-2 years credentialing experience preferred in healthcare.
• Proficiency with credentialing software and regulatory standards.

Responsabilités

• Review and process credentialing and recredentialing applications for completeness and accuracy.
• Verify credentials through primary sources—licensure, education, training, and malpractice history.
• Maintain provider information and monitor expirations for licenses and board certifications.
• Prepare credentialing files for review by committees and leadership.
• Assist with coordinating medical staff meetings and committee reviews.
• Communicate with providers and regulatory bodies to resolve credentialing issues.
• Support audits of credentialing files and activities.
• Generate reports on credentialing, reappointment, and provider eligibility.
