Job summary

BD is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering complex medical device product development and sustaining engineering projects. You will manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and execution from concept through commercialization, partnering with engineering, quality, regulatory, and suppliers.

The role guides project governance, reporting, resource planning, and executive communications while ensuring compliance with design control and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 3+ years of PM experience leading cross-functional projects in regulated environments.
• Success delivering medical device product development from concept to commercialization.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies, governance, and product development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams in planning and executing new product development, sustaining engineering, remediation, and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, and governance documentation.
• Proactively identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, dependencies, and critical decisions.
