Scholar Rock is seeking an Associate Director/Director, Medical Affairs Operations to provide project management support across Medical Affairs initiatives, aligning with the function's growth and strategy. You will develop project plans, oversee budgets, and ensure milestones and deliverables are met with cross‑functional partners.

Reporting to the SVP, Global Head of Medical Affairs, you will coordinate with Commercial, Clinical Development, Patient Advocacy, and Market Access to drive

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of operational experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• PMP or other project management certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic project management support across Medical Affairs and cross-functionally.
• End to end operational management of Company Sponsored Phase 4 study including CRO oversight.
• Operationalize Medical Affairs planning process including budget planning with Medical Directors.
• Support congress planning initiatives and prepare reports and training materials.
• Maintain Medical Affairs SharePoint databases including budgets and reports repositories.
• Develop and maintain monthly Medical Affairs dashboards and calendars.
