You will serve as the primary relationship owner and project manager for all deliverables, defining performance and recommending improvements as appropriate. This role requires strong organization, excellent communication, and the ability to prioritize in a deadline-driven environment across multiple departments to ensure efficient project

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of account management and/or project management experience in a digital/healthcare agency setting.
• Strong ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and task management systems like Workfront, Salesforce, JIRA.
• Travel to clients as needed.

• Serve as primary relationship owner and project manager for Medscape Medical Affairs accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure on-time project execution.
• Manage timelines for digital programs and ensure efficient delivery.
