Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 6+ years in procurement, cost engineering, or related field.
• Experience building cost models for mechanical components or assemblies.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to lead cost-focused conversations with suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain cost models for mechanical components and assemblies.
• Conduct detailed cost breakdowns and identify cost drivers to support sourcing and negotiation strategies.
• Engage directly with suppliers to review cost structures, challenge assumptions, and drive cost-reduction opportunities.
• Lead supplier cost workshops and technical reviews focused on value engineering and continuous improvement.
• Provide fact-based cost insights to strengthen negotiations and support category leadership decisions.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Finance on cost expectations and improvement initiatives.
