Job summary

Epic Healthcare seeks a Managed Care Reporting & Contracts Specialist to manage MCP reporting, contracting, credentialing, and data quality across CalAIM services in Los Angeles. This role oversees reporting workflows and ensures accuracy of data and submissions.

You will lead a small reporting team, coordinate with operations, finance, and clinical staff, and ensure compliance with Medi-Cal/MCP requirements while supporting audits and network status activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in managed care or health plan operations.
• Strong Excel and data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end MCP reporting and data management.
• Coordinate contracting, LOIs, and credentialing.
• Maintain MCP provider directories and respond to surveys.
• Coordinate audits and ensure compliance.
• Support authorizations and communications with internal teams.
• Assist with grants and special projects.
• Lead and train reporting staff; standardize workflows.
