Job summary

L.A. Care Health Plan, based in Los Angeles, CA, seeks a Manager, Regulatory Data and Reporting to lead the team responsible for regulatory reporting across multiple regulators and contracts.

The role requires data analysis, data validation, and coordination with Participating Physician Groups and other stakeholders to ensure accurate submissions. Strong leadership and SQL/data skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Related Field; in lieu of degree, equivalent education and/or experience may be considered.
• RN license in California preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, regulatory audit, regulatory reporting and related regulatory requirements in health services/operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage data reports from internal stakeholders and delegates, aggregating data as needed.
• Oversee data quality and integrity testing across regulatory reports.
• Provide technical guidance on report specifications for regulators and ensure timely submissions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align regulatory reporting with contracts and accreditation standards.
• Lead process improvements for data reporting workflows, mappings, and auditing.
