Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred.
• 3 years of relevant work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop programming that prepares students for internships and full-time recruiting across multiple industries.
• Benchmark programming against peer Top 25 MBA programs and incorporate emerging best practices.
• Create a multi-year programming strategy evolving based on student and employer feedback.
• Identify opportunities to introduce innovative programming that differentiates MBA Career Coaching.
