Job summary

Washington University in St. Louis seeks an Associate Director of Executive MBA Enrollment Management to build a strong EMBA prospect pipeline and drive engagement, conversion, and enrollment outcomes. You will work with senior leaders to communicate the program's value and ROI.

You will generate new prospects through outreach, corporate and alumni networks, referrals and events, manage the candidate lifecycle in Salesforce, and guide applicants toward enrollment with a high-touch approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with at least 5 years in related work.
• Experience in consultative sales, business development, or executive recruiting.
• Proven ability to manage complex decision-making processes and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment lifecycle from engagement through enrollment with a high-touch approach.
• Develop and maintain EMBA candidate pipeline via outreach, corporate & alumni networks.
• Plan and deliver events and information sessions to generate leads.
• Use Salesforce and data insights to optimize recruitment strategies and reporting.
• Collaborate with marketing, faculty, and alumni to support lead generation.
