Job summary

PICA Manufacturing Solutions is seeking a Materials and Supply Chain Manager to lead the materials and supply-chain function for a growing electronics manufacturing organization. The role focuses on strategy, supplier relationships, systems, and team development to support both repeat production and rapid NPI.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, strategic, and able to execute daily operations while scaling the organization to meet customer requirements and growth objectives.

Qualifications

Significant leadership experience in materials management, procurement, or supply chain within electronics manufacturing.
Experience with electronics components, PCBs, and non-COTS materials.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the materials, procurement, sourcing, inventory, and supply-chain strategy.
Establish scalable ERP/MRP workflows and data quality for purchasing, planning, and production support.
Lead negotiations for components, boards, and equipment with suppliers.
Build and mentor a high-performing materials and supply chain team.
Implement KPI reporting for supplier performance and cost control.
