PICA Manufacturing Solutions in New Hampshire seeks an experienced Materials and Supply Chain Manager to lead and grow the materials, procurement, and sourcing function for our electronics contract manufacturing operations.

You will shape strategies, build supplier networks, and drive ERP/MRP processes while actively guiding daily operations and NPIs. This leadership role offers an opportunity to scale a fast-moving organization and optimize cost, availability, and delivery.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in materials management, procurement, or supply chain within electronics manufacturing.
• Experience in EMS/contract manufacturing is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electronic-component distribution and BOM quoting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the materials, procurement, sourcing, inventory, and supply-chain strategy with senior leadership.
• Establish scalable systems and processes to support growth and changing customer requirements.
• Lead negotiations for components, PCBs, and capital equipment with favorable terms.
• Develop fast, accurate materials-quoting processes for production and NPI.
• Oversee ERP/MRP system utilization for purchasing, planning, and inventory management.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure material readiness for production and transitions from NPI to repetitive production.
