FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation in North Kingstown, RI is seeking a Manufacturing Planning Manager to lead production planning and scheduling in a fast-paced, on-site role. You will partner with operations, supply chain, maintenance, and quality teams to drive execution and respond to real-time constraints.

This role emphasizes batch-process manufacturing planning, ERP/MRP optimization, and inventory control, with responsibility for S&OP activities and department leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in fast-paced manufacturing with 5+ years in management.
• In-depth knowledge of ERP, MRP, and inventory management.
• Strong production planning experience; batch/process planning preferred; complex manufacturing background encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of short- and long-term production plans to ensure materials are available per schedules.
• Prepare and review a detailed monthly Master Schedule to meet customer requirements while minimizing crossovers and testing.
• Optimize SAP/MRP parameters to support current planning strategies.
• Drive inventory control by creating and managing material/production plans to minimize inventory levels; analyze changes and take corrective actions.
• Develop partnerships with internal/external customers to improve Global Planning across regions.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Product Managers, and Customer Service to review forecasts and usage details and balance plans.
• Lead Operations in planning for current and future capacity requirements.
• Oversee preparation and presentation of S&OP activities.
• Manage and direct the Planning department, including setting objectives and performance management.
