Job summary

Burkert USA Corp is seeking a Materials Planner/Buyer to achieve 95%+ production order reliability, 92%+ service order reliability and inventory turns above 4.6. You will proactively plan, manage supplier relationships, and own SCM KPIs while coordinating with manufacturing, engineering, inside sales and quality to resolve material issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP for planning and MRP processes.
• At least 3 years in scheduling or production planning in manufacturing.
• APICS certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate material planning with production, quality, engineering, and inside sales.
• Manage supplier interactions and procurement of non-inventory goods and services in SAP.
• Ensure on-time delivery and inventory turns targets are met.
• Provide production order schedules to manufacturing and assembly.
• Support new projects from an MRP perspective during launches.
