Job summary

In an SAP environment, translate demand and schedules into executable supply plans, manage inventory, and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with Procurement, Quality, and Operations to mitigate risks. This role requires compliance with GMP and reporting to cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of related experience in supply planning, material planning, purchasing, production planning, inventory control, or a comparable supply chain function.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP, including MM and WM modules.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute short- and mid-range supply plans that align production schedules, customer demand, material availability, capacity constraints, service targets, and inventory objectives.
• Analyze MRP outputs, forecasts, inventory positions, lead times, safety stock parameters, open orders, and supplier performance to determine appropriate order quantities, timing, priorities, and corrective actions.
• Exercise independent judgment in procurement and material allocation decisions for assigned categories, balancing service, cost, working capital, shelf life, and operational risk.
