Job summary

Graham Personnel Services seeks a Planning & Purchasing Specialist to ensure materials are available at the right time, in the right quantity, and at the right cost. You will work across planning, procurement, manufacturing, suppliers, engineering, and other factory functions to support production continuity and cost control.

You will coordinate short-, mid-, and long-term planning, optimize inventory, and drive continuous improvement in purchasing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with MRP and SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute short-, mid-, and long-term material requirements planning.
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory, supplier performance, and purchasing processes.
• Maintain SAP material master data and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams.
• Support new product launches and factory projects with material readiness.
