Job summary

Graham Packaging is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead the supply chain team, manage plant level schedules, and align operations with customer needs and strategic priorities. You will work across Operations, Supply Chain, Technical, Commercial Sales and Finance to deliver results and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires strong leadership, planning, and analytical abilities, with experience in SAP and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution and adherence of the supply plan and escalate deviations per business rules.
• Lead scheduler and warehouse teams and create detailed daily plant schedules.
• Measure key supply chain metrics (OTIF, inventory levels, schedule attainment) and drive improvements.
• Promote standard supply chain work processes across the BU.
• Maintain accurate master planning data and perform regular audits.
• Assist plant operations to ensure inventory accuracy and data integrity.
• Collaborate with sales, OPS planning, project management, commercial, and operations to develop value-driven solutions.
