Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules and material requirements to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve potential supply chain issues.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal levels are maintained while minimizing excess inventory.
• Collaborate with suppliers to manage material orders, delivery schedules, and quality requirements.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust material orders to ensure on-time delivery and minimize production disruptions.
• Develop and maintain key performance metrics to evaluate and improve materials planning processes.
• Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, delivery, and cost objectives are met.
• Analyze data to identify trends and patterns that can inform inventory and materials planning decisions.
