Job summary

Onboard Systems International, a leading aerospace equipment provider, seeks a Material Planning & Inventory Manager in Vancouver, WA. The role leads production planning, material coordination, and inventory control to meet demanding customer schedules while optimizing working capital.

You will drive ERP/MRP accuracy, lead cross-functional teams, and implement continuous improvements across planning disciplines in a high‑growth manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in production planning, scheduling, materials management, or related operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead production planning and scheduling to align demand with capacity and priorities.
• Own material planning using ERP/MRP tools and manage shortages and recovery plans.
• Lead inventory management and cycle counting to optimize service and working capital.
• Serve as functional leader for planning and inventory within ERP/MRP systems.
• Drive continuous improvement of planning processes and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate across Production, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality and Finance.
