Job summary

Form Energy is seeking a Material Planning professional to ensure raw materials and components are delivered to pilot lines and production sites with optimal efficiency. You will own PO creation and supplier coordination in our ERP system, supporting procurement and manufacturing teams across a fast-growing energy technology company.

Ideal candidates bring 1–5 years of relevant experience, a proactive working style, and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of relevant experience.
• Self-starter/independent work style.
• Familiarity with Purchasing and Procurement processes.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Oracle ERP system experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create Purchase Orders in the ERP system and follow up.
• Coordinate with suppliers for clear-to-build updates and escalation.
• Assist warehouse and accounts payable with troubleshooting parts receipts.
