Job summary

JCB North America in Pooler, GA is seeking a Manufacturing Material Planner to coordinate parts inventory and daily run readiness. You will forecast needs, align with suppliers, and support Production Control and Manufacturing management to hit daily targets.

Responsibilities include managing supplier performance, coordinating purchase orders, monitoring delivery schedules, and ensuring inventory levels meet production plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Manufacturing Material Planning.
• Must pass drug screens, background checks, and pre-employment tests as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Plan individual part parameters to meet production goals and inventory targets.
• Manage and coordinate a large number of suppliers and vendors.
• Oversee a large volume of parts daily and monitor delivery schedules.
• Monitor supplier performance for timely shipping and supply.
• Coordinate and follow up on purchase orders and material status with manufacturing teams.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to resolve material status and planning issues.
