Job summary

Atlas Copco North America LLC is seeking a Planner to ensure uninterrupted material flow through proactive procurement, inventory control, and supplier management. You will drive JIT delivery targets, optimize inventory levels, and support cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining compliance with Atlas Copco standards.

Responsibilities include daily PO releases, supplier performance monitoring, and transport coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Logistics.
• 3+ years of supply chain experience with proven track record.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient IT skills: ERP (BPCS), MES, MS Excel, MS Project, SharePoint, Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Procure material in a Just-in-Time flow to avoid production loss.
• Coordinate supplier interactions, PO transactions, and on-time releases.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct daily stock counts, and variance analysis.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through IT transactions and data integrity.
• Coordinate transport and logistics for local and international shipments.
• Support IMS ISO 9001/14000, comply with safety and procurement guidelines.
