Job summary

JCB North America is hiring for an Inventory and Data Reporting role based in Pooler, GA, onsite. You will collaborate with North American and Global Parts teams, using SAP, Syncron, and Excel to drive inventory and data insights.

The role emphasizes quick learning and experience with similar systems; a Bachelor's degree is required with 1–3 years of relevant experience. A CPIM certification is preferred, and the team offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Must pass any drug screens, background checks, and pre-employment tests as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Populate and create dashboards across all frequencies.
• Compile weekly business and departmental reports.
• Ensure timely completion of analyses for NPI.
• Perform ad-hoc reporting as needed.
• Maintain SAP data and processes.
• Update and improve existing reports.
• Use SAP, Syncron, and JDS to extract data.
• Work within Syncron to forecast and manage inventory processes.
• Manage orders to meet parts availability objectives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation of reports.
