Responsibilities

• Expedite project materials daily and maintain relationships with suppliers
• Submit weekly expediting reports
• Obtain and forward packing lists, bills of lading, and MTRs to Receiver
• Coordinate activities with procurement and material management
• Assist in resolution of MDRs and participate in project meetings
• Support procurement activities and proactively prioritize deliveries
