Job summary

Emotiv in Louisville, KY is seeking a hands-on Material Coordinator to manage inventory accuracy and warehouse processes. You will monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and ensure receipts and discrepancies are properly recorded, helping drive continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree and 1–3 years in materials or manufacturing, preferably automotive/JIT, with strong communication and detail orientation.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination.
• 1–3 years in materials or manufacturing, automotive/JIT preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Able to maintain confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and validate required reports each shift.
• Enter discrepancies and receipts into inventory system and maintain records.
• Perform cycle counts as required.
• Communicate all supply issues to suppliers and elevate all supply risks to internal groups in a timely manner.
• Follow visual min/max procedures and communicate min violations as required.
• Pull inventory as required and administer inbound/outbound expedite activity, as needed.
• Assist in plant-wide inventory activities, as required.
• Document activities as required, adhere to company guidelines and ensure employee safety.
