Job summary

Titan International in Franklin, TN seeks a Buyer Planner to support procurement and material planning across the supply chain. You will manage MRP requirements, purchase orders, inventory levels, supplier performance, and demand needs to keep materials flowing to production.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years of experience in supply chain or procurement, strong data analytics, and proficiency with ERP systems, Excel, and SQL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ERP procurement and inventory systems.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities to ensure materials are available to support production schedules and customer demand.
• Review and manage weekly MRP signals and translate requirements into timely purchasing actions.
• Analyze inventory levels and demand forecasts to optimize inventory and reduce excess material.
• Issue and track purchase orders with supplier acknowledgments and quality compliance.
• Communicate with suppliers on pricing, availability, lead times, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor supplier performance and support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production, Planning, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.
• Use data and reporting tools to monitor performance and key metrics.
• Lead or support supplier transitions and new product introductions.
