Job summary

Titan International, Inc. is seeking a Buyer Planner in Franklin, TN to support procurement and material planning across the supply chain. You will manage MRP signals, purchase orders, and inventory to ensure on-time production and minimal excess inventory.

The role requires 3–5 years in supply chain or procurement, strong data analysis, ERP experience (JD Edwards a plus), and excellent collaboration with Sales, Production, and Finance. A related degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, planning, or related area.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with procurement, inventory management, and supplier relationships.
• Experience with contract negotiation and project management.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement to ensure materials support production schedules and customer demand.
• Review weekly MRP signals and translate requirements into purchasing actions.
• Analyze inventory levels and forecasts to optimize stock and reduce excess.
• Issue and track purchase orders with suppliers and ensure timely acknowledgments.
• Communicate pricing, availability, lead times, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance and support corrective actions and improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production, Planning, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.
• Use data and reporting tools to monitor performance, forecast accuracy, and inventory.
• Lead or support supplier transitions and new product introductions.
