Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Business or Supply Chain Management.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in Purchasing, Inventory Control, and ERP systems.
• Proficiency in oral and written communications.

Responsibilities

• Procure inventory, supplies, and capital goods for production.
• Schedule delivery of parts using forecasts, production plans, and ERP system while managing inventory levels.
• Keep records of all acquisitions to ensure purchases meet budget and schedule.
• Develop and investigate supply sources, and issue RFQs, proposals, or bids for items not covered by existing purchasing arrangement.
• May liaise with vendors and suppliers.
