Job summary

Keenova is seeking a Buyer/Planner in Madison, WI to manage end-to-end procurement for assigned materials and services, ensuring material availability for production. You will own supplier relationships, create and track purchase orders, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize lead times and costs.

Required 3–5 years in planning/procurement, familiarity with SAP, strong Excel and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: 3–5 years in planning, procurement, inventory, or manufacturing.
• Skills: Strong analytical, Excel, and negotiation capabilities; SAP experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end procurement for assigned materials and services.
• Create, issue, and track purchase orders; monitor delivery against requirements.
• Manage supplier relationships, scorecards, and performance improvements.
• Coordinate with Materials Management, Operations, and Quality to ensure material availability.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, supplier consolidation, and lead-time reduction.
