Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Execute purchasing activities with approvals for deposits and non-standard purchases.
• Source materials for production and jobs, evaluate suppliers.
• Maintain supplier relationships and coordinate inquiries and lead times.
• Coordinate invoicing with Accounts Payable and ensure payment timing.
• Issue POs, verify pricing against quotations, and track open orders.
• Expedite urgent material requirements to minimize production disruption.
• Coordinate shipments, delivery dates, and site deliveries for production schedules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to confirm material quantities and demand.
