Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Sr. Manager, Material Program Manager to lead material program strategy within the Advanced Hypersonic Weapons directorate. This onsite role focuses on MRP, supplier management, and cross-functional coordination across the matrix organization.

The candidate will drive proposal activities, cost estimation, and financial planning while communicating effectively with executives and external partners. Domestic travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires a university degree or advanced degree.
• Experience in supply chain, program management, procurement, or finance.
• Experience with MRP and/or cost estimating.
• Ability to obtain/maintain U.S. security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead material program strategy/plan for programs or IPTs.
• Lead supply chain proposal activities including task descriptions and basis of estimates.
• Support gate reviews and SSOW generation.
• Manage supplier relationships, risk, and performance metrics.
• Communicate gain alignment with executives and external parties.
• Balance supply and demand to create executable schedules.
• Oversight of EV management and financial planning.
