You will expediting critical parts, communicate with Operations, and coordinate cross-functionally with Purchasing to lock dates and delivery milestones.

This role requires proven material planning and inventory experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in material planning, inventory management, or supply chain operations within manufacturing or MRO.
• Strong analytical skills with data interpretation and decision-making ability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with proactive problem-solving and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Analyze material requirements to align with Master Plan Schedule and ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide precise, timely information to Operations and cross-departments.
• Identify and expedite critical parts to mitigate delays.
• Attend cross-functional meetings with Purchasing to obtain commit dates.
• Prepare accurate shipping documentation for outbound deliveries.
• Address shortages or discrepancies by coordinating corrective actions.
• Maintain records of material status, delivery schedules, and production impacts.
