Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Camden, AR, is seeking a Manufacturing Planner Associate to support production planning and material readiness. You will partner with Quality, Purchasing, Warehousing, and Production teams to align materials and schedules with program demands.

This role provides hands-on ERP/MRP exposure and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent planning experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Effective communication across functions.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends when required.
• Ability to work full-time onsite in Camden, AR.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production schedules and ensure work orders are released on time.
• Create and maintain reports to track material status, shortages, and schedule performance.
• Coordinate daily material requirements with Purchasing and Expediting teams.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies to maintain data accuracy.
• Confirm material supply and demand to support uninterrupted production flow.
• Communicate material availability risks and potential production impacts to teams.
• Assist in stock transfers and inter-site material movements as needed.
• Support resolution of shortages, over-shipments, and traceability concerns.
• Maintain and update MRP parameters with Engineering and Change Control.
• Assist in preparing DD250 documentation for product shipments and customer acceptance.
