ABB in Mt. Juliet, TN is seeking an Inventory Planner to manage end-to-end inventory planning, from requisition to customer invoicing.

You will set inventory targets, define policies, and ensure timely replenishment through POs, while coordinating with operations and buyers to optimize supplier performance. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience in Materials Planning or Sourcing, strong SAP expertise, and proficiency in Excel and Power BI.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Materials/Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field with 2+ years relevant work experience in Materials Planning, Sourcing, and Logistics.
• Advanced knowledge of ERP systems, specifically SAP.
• APICS / ISM or equal supply chain certifications.
• Demonstrated analytical skills, ability to deliver results with minimal supervision.
• Solid time management and organization skills.
• Clear communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI.
• Candidates already have work authorization to work for ABB in the US.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end planning of inventory from requisition to customer invoice.
• Support internal customer service inquiries.
• Set inventory parameters and targets; ensure adequate replenishment via purchase orders.
• Define inventory policies based on segmentation and maintain parameters (safety stock, reorder point, lot size, lead time).
• Coordinate material planning with call-offs and ensure purchase requisitions convert to POs with operations buyers and services.
• Collaborate with buyers to optimize supplier performance (OTD, MOQL, quality, lead time, flexibility).
