Qualifications

• Ability to interpret production schedules, demand forecasts, and inventory data to plan material requirements accurately and efficiently.
• Skilled in using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) to manage material planning, inventory tracking, and procurement coordination.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with suppliers, procurement, production, and logistics teams for alignment and timely issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production schedules and forecasts to determine material needs and ensure timely availability.
• Maintain optimal inventory by tracking usage, identifying shortages or excesses, and initiating replenishment orders.
• Work closely with purchasing teams and vendors to ensure on-time delivery of materials and resolve supply issues.
• Input and manage material planning data in systems like SAP or Oracle to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
