Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of applicable experience is required.
• MRP experience required; SAP experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
• Ability to interpret production schedules, forecasts, and inventory data.
• Experience in material planning, inventory tracking, and procurement coordination.

Responsibilities

• Maintain optimal inventory by tracking usage, identifying shortages or excesses, and initiating replenishment orders.
• Input and manage material planning data in SAP or Oracle to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
• Use plant systems to maintain supplier and material information.
• Monitor pickups and deliveries of material through RXO.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels.
• Act as liaison between plant personnel and supplier to ensure on-time delivery and address any delivery issues.
• Execute expedites as required to support customer requirements.
• Support change management projects including engineering changes and new launches.
• Resolve receipt discrepancies through internal invoice portal and validate with cycle counts.
• Perform all job responsibilities in a legal, ethical manner consistent with policies.
