ABB in Puerto Rico seeks a Planning & Fulfillment Manager to lead MTO planning, inventory control, and on-time delivery across assigned areas. You will analyze needs, maintain systems, and coordinate with purchasing to meet production schedules in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires a BA or equivalent, five years' planning experience, SAP and Excel proficiency, and fluent English and Spanish communication. This on-site position reports to the Planning & Fulfillment Manager.

Qualifications

• BA or equivalent degree from an accredited institution in PR/US.
• Minimum of five years of experience in effective planning.
• PC knowledge: SAP, Office (Excel).
• Fully bilingual (English/Spanish).

Responsabilités

• Analyzes, plans, and responds to MTO production needs with 100% inventory requirements for assigned areas using planning tools.
• Maintains the inventory control system and strives to reduce inventory levels.
• Uses corporate purchase agreements to ensure on-time delivery of materials with purchasing and vendors.
• Expedites orders requiring priority rush delivery.
• Reviews and addresses discrepancies related to receiving or PO reports.
