You will balance inventory with production needs while minimizing waste, delays, and costs, acting as the liaison between procurement, production, and supply chain teams.

The role requires interpreting production schedules, forecasts, and inventory data, and using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) to manage planning and reporting.

Qualifications

• Plan material requirements from production schedules and forecasts.
• Maintain optimal inventory and initiate replenishment orders.
• Coordinate with purchasing, production, and logistics to ensure on-time material delivery.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production schedules and forecasts to determine material needs.
• Maintain inventory by tracking usage and replenishing as needed.
• Collaborate with purchasing teams and vendors to ensure on-time delivery of materials and resolve supply issues.
• Input and manage material planning data in SAP or Oracle to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
