Sika Corporation is seeking a Master Scheduler to manage demand and supply, develop master schedules, and optimize inventory across sites. You will collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Engineering, Product Management, Quality and Sales to ensure realistic schedules aligned with business goals.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in supply chain leadership in manufacturing, strong ERP (SAP) and MRPl scheduling experience, and advanced Excel skills.

Competenze

• BA/BS in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of supply chain leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in ERP systems (SAP preferred), advanced Excel skills, and scheduling software (MRP).

Mansioni

• Analyze demand and supply at item, customer, and master schedule levels.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and manufacturing to reduce lead-times.
• Create a master schedule that satisfies customer demand while optimizing inventory and resources.
• Maintain scheduling parameters such as lead-times, lot sizes, and cycle times.
• Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Engineering, Product Management, Quality and Sales to ensure alignment with business objectives.
