Job summary

DeZURIK, Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a Master Scheduler to align production plans with business objectives and customer demand. You will partner with Sales, Operations, Purchasing, and Manufacturing to optimize inventory and capacity while delivering for customers.

The role emphasizes data-driven planning, continuous improvement, and Lean initiatives to boost accuracy and efficiency across the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of master scheduling and planning experience in manufacturing using MRP systems.
• APICS certification or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a Master Production Schedule (MPS) to support delivery commitments and goals.
• Create and manage a Rough-Cut Capacity Plan (RCCP) to align resources with demand.
• Contribute to integrated Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) to drive informed decisions.
• Analyze inventories, forecasts, lead times, and demand fluctuations to position the organization for success.
• Maintain integrity of MRP data, forecasts, and safety stock strategies for on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with planners to establish priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
• Lead continuous improvement and Lean initiatives to improve planning accuracy and performance.
