Job summary

DeZURIK is seeking a Master Scheduler in Minnesota to align production plans with business objectives. You will partner across Sales, Operations, Purchasing and Manufacturing to balance demand, capacity and inventory while maintaining service levels.

The role emphasizes data-driven planning, continuous improvement, and Lean initiatives to improve planning accuracy and operational performance. A 75,577–94,472 USD base salary plus annual bonus opportunities is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of master scheduling and planning experience in a manufacturing environment using MRP systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Materials Management, or related field.
• APICS certification or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an effective Master Production Schedule (MPS) that supports customer delivery commitments and operational goals.
• Create and manage a valid Rough-Cut Capacity Plan (RCCP) to ensure production resources are aligned with demand.
• Serve as a key contributor to our integrated Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process, helping drive informed business decisions.
• Analyze inventory levels, forecasts, usage trends, lead times, and demand fluctuations to keep the organization positioned for success.
• Maintain the integrity of MRP data, forecasts, and safety stock strategies to support on-time delivery and inventory objectives.
• Collaborate with planners and demand flow coordinators to establish priorities and navigate changing business needs.
• Lead and support continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives that enhance planning accuracy, productivity, and operational performance.
