Job summary

EXALTA Group's is seeking a Master Production Scheduler in Marquette, Michigan. This role involves developing and maintaining the master schedule to align with customer demand while optimizing inventory levels and enhancing operational efficiency.

As a crucial part of the Sales & Operations Planning process, the successful candidate will collaborate across Procurement, Operations, and Commercial teams. A Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of relevant experience in production planning are essential.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in production planning, master scheduling, or supply chain planning.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably medical device.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the master production schedule.
• Ensure alignment between Supply Chain and operational needs.
• Monitor schedule adherence and make proactive adjustments.
