Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or business management.
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and/or forecasting in chemical or retail industries.
• APICS certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze demand and supply at item, customer, and master schedule levels to identify imbalances and recommend actions.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and manufacturing to understand and reduce internal and customer lead-times.
• Perform rough-cut capacity planning before publishing the master schedule to align with SI&OP commitments.
