Job summary

EXALTA in Bethlehem, PA seeks a Master Production Scheduler to develop and maintain the master production schedule, aligning demand with capacity and supporting the SIOP process. The role acts as a bridge between operations, procurement, and commercial teams.

You will manage capacity and material planning, keep ERP data accurate (EPICOR or similar), and drive continuous improvement in scheduling accuracy and service levels. A CPIM is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in production planning, master scheduling, or supply chain planning.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably medical device or regulated industry.
• APICS/ASCM CPIM or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience with FDA and ISO 13485 compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage the master production schedule (MPS) based on demand forecasts, customer orders, and capacity constraints.
• Translate demand plans into detailed production schedules while ensuring alignment with manufacturing capabilities and material availability.
• Monitor schedule adherence and adjust plans to address changes in demand, supply disruptions, or capacity limitations.
• Balance inventory levels, service targets, and production efficiency through effective schedule management.
• Track and report KPIs such as on-time delivery, capacity utilization, and inventory performance.
• Lead or participate in SIOP processes with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure data integrity in ERP planning and automate scheduling where possible.
