Job summary

EIS Legacy LLC in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Master Production Scheduler to create, maintain, and optimize the master production schedule (MPS) to meet customer demand while maximizing manufacturing efficiency and controlling inventory.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or material control within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or Engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel (data analysis, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and optimize the master production schedule (MPS) to meet customer demand while maximizing manufacturing efficiency and controlling inventory.
• Analyze plant capacity, labor availability, and machine constraints to resolve bottlenecks and optimize production sequencing.
• Define and monitor safety stock levels, reorder points, and MRP parameters to minimize carrying costs and prevent stockouts.
• Lead weekly scheduling meetings with production, procurement, and sales to communicate schedule changes, lead times, and constraints.
• Track and report on KPIs such as Schedule Attainment and On-Time Delivery (OTD), Inventory Turnover, and Capacity Utilization.
• Maintain data integrity within the ERP system, including lead times, BOMs, and routing information.
