Lonestar State College is seeking a Master Scheduler to create, maintain, and optimize the master production schedule (MPS) to meet customer demand while maximizing manufacturing efficiency and inventory control. You will bridge sales, operations, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth flow of materials and resources, on-site at Tulsa, OK.

The role requires 3-5+ years in production planning, strong ERP/MRP and Excel skills, and APICS/ASCM certification is desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, BA or Engineering.
• 3-5+ years in production planning, scheduling, or material control in manufacturing.
• Advanced proficiency in ERP/MRP and Excel (data analysis, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).
• APICS/ASCM certification is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and ability to manage shifting priorities.

Responsabilités

• Analyze plant capacity, labor availability, and machine constraints to resolve bottlenecks and optimize production sequencing.
• Develop and maintain the master production schedule from demand forecasts, sales orders, and capacity.
• Define and monitor safety stock, reorder points, and MRP parameters to minimize costs while preventing stockouts.
• Lead weekly scheduling meetings with production, procurement, and sales to communicate changes and constraints.
• Track KPIs including Schedule Attainment, On-Time Delivery, Inventory Turnover, and Capacity Utilization.
• Maintain ERP data integrity, including BOMs and routing information.
• Exercise sound judgment and seek guidance for uncommon requests; work with minimal supervision.
• Organize workload and prioritize tasks to meet production goals.
